One of my September cartoons for the Physician’s Practice site features the panic situations practices can get into if they’re IT staff is unavailable or (worse!) nonexistent. My November cartoon just posted over at KDNuggets. The concept comes from a recent story about Gmail’s possible future ability to answer emails for you as a sort of surrogate AI secretary.
