Jon Carter's cartoons on exhibit at IU East
Everybody's excited about the opening of IU East student Jon Carter's nationally acclaimed cartoon exhibition at Richmond's Whitewater Hall Art Gallery Monday, Oct. 7, that's what. Carter's work has been published around the world in a variety of media since 1989. This exhibit represents the past seven years of his work, featuring his "Funny Files" cartoon panels, cut-out cartoon designs, paintings and other fun stuff.
